Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in .NET, C#, and MVC to lead and manage software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling large-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
·        Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives using .NET technologies.
·        Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
·        Plan, track, and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
·        Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, coding standards, and project documentation.
·        Mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and escalate when necessary.
·        Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
·        Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
·        Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
·        12–18 years of experience in software development and project management.
·        Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks.
·        Experience managing end-to-end software projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
·        Excellent understanding of SDLC, project management methodologies, and software delivery processes.
·        Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
·        Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
·        Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
·        Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
·        PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Education:
·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
