TekMindz is seeking a skilled RFP (Request for Proposal) Writer who can create compelling proposals in response to client RFPs. As an RFP Writer, you will play a crucial role in analyzing client requirements, crafting high-quality proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

 

·        Analyze RFPs to fully understand client requirements and needs.

·        Craft and develop high-quality proposals that effectively address client RFPs.

·        Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals.

·        Establish and maintain a comprehensive proposal library to streamline future RFP responses.

·        Collaborate with sales and business development teams to tailor proposals according to client needs.

·        Manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines.

·        Edit and proofread proposals to ensure exceptional quality and accuracy.

·        Continuously improve the proposal development process and procedures.

 

Requirements:

 

·        Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.

·        Experience: Possess 3+ years of experience in RFP writing or a similar role.

·        Skills: Showcase excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

·        Attention: Display strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

·        Collaboration: Demonstrate experience working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.

·        Organization: Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills.

·        Time Management: Display ability to work under tight deadlines and consistently produce high-quality work.

·        Knowledge: Familiarity with proposal development best practices and techniques.
